I am looking for a Jacob (Jake) Allen who possibly lived in Bollinger County in the mid to late 1800's. He moved to MO. with his brother John W. Allen and a couple of sisters(one married a Keith and the other perhaps a Myers) along with another brother(unknown?) from NC around 1850. John settled in Washington County. Jacob Allen supposedly was paralized in an accident and spent a great deal of his life in a wheel chair. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

He is shown in the Probate Court Records for 1875-1878 of Bollinger Co. July, 1875 the probate reads: Thomas B. Crites deceased, Settlement Continued Lebanon Beatty Administrator Debonisnon. Ordered by the court that the annual settlement of Lebanon Beatty administrator debonisonon of the Esate of Thomas B. Crites deceased upon said estate be and the same is hereby continued to the next term of this court. Can anyone tell me exactly what I am looking at? Should I write for a Will or Trust that sets forth this settlement? It appears numerous times in the three year period of the court book. All the other times show an amount. Any information or suggestion would be appreciated.
