The biography of Rufus Lee McDonald Sr. says that he had seven children, and then lists six who were still living. This is the unlisted child who died young. There is a cemetery listing at http://www.mountmora.com/findagrave/main.asp?page=search_details&id=9262, which has no name; just "Child of Rufus Lee McDonald". The name and birth date come from http://awt.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=fleiner_study&id=I366559. This AWT page (accessed April 2009) no longer exists, but was by Sharon Fleiner Smith Kindron. It stated that the data came from “Genealogy of the MacDonald Family” by Frank V. McDonald, Feb 1876 Edition B, which included an acknowledgement to Rufus McDonald.
