Notes for Joshua B. Sandidge

He is listed in the 1860 census as Jack B. C. Sandidge. However, the probate case file for his father, John W. Sandidge, lists him as Joshua B. Sandidge (named for his grandfather, Joshua Brents?).

The 1880 census has a John L. Sandidge, listed as a brother of Presley Sandidge and only 27 years old. The middle initial of "L" doesn't fit, and I also don't know why I couldn't find Jack in the 1870 census. It seems more likely that the age is wrong in the census, and it is really John S. Sandidge (see notes for John S. Sandidge).
