They were the daughters of Dave Byrd and Phoebe Ida Aynes. Neither of them married. They both lived in the house that John Aynes built until they moved to a retirement home. Ossie was born 10 Apr 1901 in Brown County, Texas and died 30 Oct 1993 in Bangs, Brown County, Texas. Opal was born 17 April 1906 in Brown County, Texas and died 13 Mar 1994 in Bangs, Brown County, Texas. They are both buried at Fairview Cemetery, Grosvenor, Brown County, Texas.
