Lori London found a cousin - quite by accident, but what a great way to start the day! She wrote:
"I just recently found your site.. Noticed that Bonnie Rives would do cemetary lookups for Indian Bayou (a scrap of paper I had said a gr-gr-grandfather William Shepherd was buried in I B. I also mentioned that he was married to Martha Ann Morgan.
Bonnie was back to me the next day, no William in her records for the cemetary, but can you imagine, we are distant cousins via the Morgans.
I had never even tried to trace that line. We have been having such fun keeping the E-mails flying back and forth. (I in GA and She in TX), too bad we can't share that 'cup of coffee' you mention because we seem to have a lot in common.

Vicki Manderson contacted us via the guestbook the other day, with a plea for help reaching Jerrel Freeman for information on Boudwin surname he was researching. Seems something was wrong with the email for a time and her messages were not getting through to him. I forwarded her email to him, and he immediately answered her message. Turns out Vicki's father, James and Jerrel are first cousins. Jerrel remembers Vicki as a small child.
