slaves; to William Kendrick, property purchased of
Willis Stewart and slaves; to daughter-in-law Elizabeth
H. Jones widow of Daniel E. Jones $3000 in property
provided she relinguihes(sic) dower right in land with
which Samuel E. Jones “died seized”, except 240
acres where John Harbison formerly lived; to his six
grandchildren John, Robert M., Julia, Daniel, Elizabeth
and William Jones, children of deceased son, Daniel E.
Jones, all residue of estate.
