Antonio Spagnolo, the Vice-President of Italian Laborers Union, No. 8, was born in Pelermo [sic], Italy, July 18th, 1854. He began life as a barber, and on April 22d, 1893, joined his Local. He has held his present office since January 1st, 1897. He is married and resides at 91 Jackson Street.
