   James Wesley Hall - born 1815 in Lawrence County, Ohio to Abner and Jane Overstreet Hall who moved to Menard County in 1826. He married Catherine Claypool in 1836 and raised 12 children, most of whom resided in Menard County. James Wesley was a farmer and brickmason.
