JOYCE ANN CAGLE, 47, of Tampa died Wednesday, December 5, 1990 at home. A native of Lake Wales, she lived in the Tampa Bay area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Marie Louise. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Roosevelt "Rowe"; three sons, Roosevelt "Jr.", Johnny, and David, all of Tampa; one daughter, Tammie of Tampa; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John "J.C." Charles Eiland of Tampa; three brothers, John "Buddy" Eiland, Jr., Harold "Wayne" Eiland, and Donnie Eiland, all of Tampa; two sisters, Shirley Ruhmel and Dorothy Mobley, both of Tampa; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held December 8, 1990 at 11:00 a.m.; clergyman officiating graveside service will be Rev. Dorothy Hamlin; interment will be at Orange Hill Cemetery. Funeral will be conducted by Swilley Funeral Home. "The Twenty-Third Psalm."
