About William Edgar Pichot:
William Edgar Pichot passed away on April 25, 2005 in San Antonio. He was born in Hondo, Texas to Fannie
Beatrice & Jim Pichot on October 23, 1926. He served in U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. He graduated
from Uvalde High School and the University of Houston and received his Masters Degree from Our Lady
of the Lake University. He taught in the S.A.I.S.D. for 31 years, before retiring and then taught at
St. Gerard's High School and Antonian High School for 7 years before retiring a second time. He was
a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Rhonda
Fran Gilham. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mary Etta Pichot; daughters, Elizabeth Kay Eskew,
and Lisa Anne Twyford & husband Brian; sons, John Thomas Pichot & wife Carol, and Scott Wayne Pichot;
brother, James Pichot and wife Willie; 7 grandchildren, Joshua, Eskew, Mark, Kevin & Denise Pichot,
and Emily, Julia & Benjamin Twyford; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
SERVICES
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday - April 28, 2005 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday - April 29, 2005 at Ft. Sam Houston National
Cemetery.
