husband a veterinarian fixed her up as a "blind date" with a fellow veterinarian.
- married: Arsenius Boykin 1920 Aug 22.
- 1929: founded the Mothers Club and school lunch program of Sherwood Elementary.
- 1937: integrated the swimming pool at Englewood High School.
- 1925: joined the Church of the Good Shepherd with pastor Harold Kingsley.
- Collected "birthday pennies", sent monthly birthday greetings, supported
boy scouts, took care of baptismal certificates, began the Hand Bell Choir, and
donated the Rose Window.
- 1978: All Church Tea Souvenir Book was dedicated to her.
