Isabella married James WILLOCK-[1370] [MRIN:386], son of Alexander WILLOCK-[1447] and Elizabeth McGREGOR-[1448], on 12 Aug 1873 in High Church, Glasgow, Scotland. (James WILLOCK-[1370] was born on 14 Mar 1852 in Ardrossan, Ayrshire, Scotland and died on 16 Apr 1922 in Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, Scotland.)

  Marriage Notes:

This marriage is based on the likelihood of Isabella Gordon Willocks mother also being Isabella. It is unconfirmed, but she was born 1875 and this is the only likely marriage in Scots GRO records. It also ties in with an 1881 census record forJames Willock and Isabella Willock, living with Isabella mother named Isabella Gordon (this will be her married name). Their is also Elizabeth Willock in the same address at the 1881 census, and the letters of Isabella Gordon McGowan to Helen McGowan indicate a sister named Elizabeth.
