Fountainebleau Inn is just north of the Cemetery and this was the home of the Lawrence’s. In the basement is one gravestone cemented in the floor.  This reads as follows.
          “Anna wife of -------   d.3-3-1826 age 43”

The line that gave the name of her husband was chisled out and unreadable. One story about that is that she was an Indian and was buried in the Lawrence Cemetery and some member of the family didn’t want people to know about her since she was Indian. The other story is simply that the stone came from the Connecticut Hill Cemetery.
