Daughter of Chocolate 'Chockley' King and Kissiah Brewer.Granddaughter of Woodard P. King and Elizabeth Capps & Jeremiah Brewer and Mary 'Polly' Blevins. Photo taken ca. 1925. After she was widowed in 1908 Ella helped care for her dying father Chockley, along with her brother Offie. In 1911 she answered an ad and became a mail order bride.
