Division of land between Calvin J Howard and Matilda Howard, Mary Howard &c, widow and heirs of Green B Howard (heirs listed at end of report: Matilda Howard widow of Green B Howard deceased, Mary Howard, Elizabeth Howard, Adaline Howard, Taulba Howard & Green B Howard)

The body of the report includes statements to the effect that some time previous, Calvin J Howard and Green B Howard had made oral agreements to split the land and each had lived on their portion for a number of years. Land was on the Cumberland River and in the area of the Amos Johnson surveys and also surveys in name of Wilkinson Howard.
