Dorothy A. Whitehead, 72, of Nicoma Park , passed away on Wed., Dec. 30, 2009. She was born to Frank A. and Rosa I. (Bellah) Sprinkles on Dec. 2, 1937 in Oklahoma City, OK. She worked and retired and even went back to work because she so enjoyed her job at Midwest Reg. Med. Center mainly being an E.R. Admissions Clerk. Dorothy enjoyed working with horses and many other outdoor animals.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter Alicia Rowland, son Clay Parker Whitehead, 3 grandchildren Dakota, Raegen, and Grayson, 2 sisters Wanda Erb and Mary Sprinkles, brother Frank Sprinkles, and numerous nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clay, granddaughter Morgan, 2 brothers, and 3 sisters. Memorial donations can be made to the M.S. Society in honor of Clay which was very important to Dorothy. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, 1/2/2010, at the Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery.
