Viola C. Brown, 95, of Moore died Saturday, May 26, in Oklahoma City.

Mrs. Brown was born Jan. 13, 1912, in Coalgate and was a member of Moore Christian Church.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her two children, Edward L. Brown, Jr. and wife Kathy June of Oklahoma City and Hazel Ann Cossey and husband Darrell of Noble; five grandchildren, Eddie Brown and wife Cindy of Blackwell, Jeremey Brown and wife Michelle of Oklahoma City, William Kent of Oklahoma City, Scott Kent and wife Aurora of Oklahoma City and Shauna Shuqair of Noble; and 10 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband Edward L. Brown, Sr., her parents and four siblings.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at John M. Ireland Funeral Home -- Chapel in Moore. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel.
