Jo Ann Brummett, 39, Route 3 died Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Friday at Calvary Hill Assembly of God with the Rev. H. A. Brummett officiating.
Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Miss Brummett born Sept. 26, 1951, in Tulsa, and lived in Sapulpa all her life. She was a member of Calvary Hill Assembly of God.
Survivors include parents the Rev. and Mrs. Vernon Brummett; sister Jeannie DeShane of Waynoka; and brother Corky Burmmett of Sapulpa.

Funeral services for JoAnn Brummett were held today at the Calvary Hill Assembly of God with the Rev. H. A. Brummett officiating.
Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Casketbearers were Johnnie Beller, Ruben Luna, Kenny DeShane, Arnold Alexander, Randy Luna and John Cox.
Honorary bearers were Eli Glass, Leslie Fancher, Vernard Creason, William Brummett, Jerry Brummett, Bill Barnes and Melvin Smothers.

Rev. Vernon G. Brummett
The Rev. Vernon G. Brummett, 75, of Sapulpa, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001 at the Green Country Care Center in Tulsa.
The Rev. Brummett was born Oct, 12, 1926 in Tulsa and had lived in this area most of his life.
He was retired from the Dover Corp.. He was the minister at the Calvary Hill Assembly of God Church and was married to Betty Jo Rowland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Oscar and Elsie Mae Crowl Brummett; a sister Lucille Bryant; two brothers, Andrew and Jim Brummett; and a daughter, JoAnn Brummett.
Survivors are his wife, Betty Jo, of the home; a son, Corky Brummett of Sapulpa; a daughter Jeanne, and her husband, Randy Dushane, of Sapulpa; grandchildren, Rhonda Ishmael and her husband, Rick, Kenneth DeShane and his wife, Elizabeth, and Sherry DeShane; great-grandchildren, Shannon and Erik Ishmael; brothers, H.A. Brummett and his wife, Pat of Tulsa, Bill Brummett and his wife Shirley, of Bartlesville and Clyde Brummett and wife Doris, of Rogers, Ark; sisters Jeri and her husband Wayne Moss, of Sapulpa and Virginia Brummett.
Funeral services for the Rev. Brummett have been set for 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2001, in the Calvary Hill Assembly of God Church with the Revs. H.A. Brummett, Jerry Brummett and Randy DeShane officiating.
Serving as casketbearers will be Johnny Beller, Ruben Luna, Randy Luna, Otis Moss, Lewis Moss, and Jeremy Moss.
Honorary bearers will be William Brummett, Buddy Rowland and the Rev. Derell Harris.
Interment will be in the Green Hill Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
