Hi,

I have finally found some information that might help in a look up. My great grandfather, Ulysses STEWART, was the son of Robert and Tabitha Stewart. I believe they lived around the New Albany area in Licking County.

Would you please see if you can locate anything on them? Also, I have a 1937 city directory for Franklin County, if you want to add that information to the loop, and maybe I can return the favor for someone else.

Thanks a lot!
Tina (Stewart) Levitt

I had a great uncle named C.Richard SUMMERS went by Richard Summers. He lived in Colombus from the 1930's - 1950's. I believe he was born in the 1880's and probably died in the 1960's. I am trying to find out if he had any family. It was told to me that he probably had a large family. I don't know where to begin to find information on him. I would think that he is buried somewhere in the Colombus area. I am trying to find information on his family. Is there anyway to find possible matches in death records from the late 50's thru 60's? He was alive in 1957 listed as a survivor to his sister Bertha Potts from OK. Any information would be very helpful. Thank you,

Russell Summers

WAPLES

Am looking for information on parents/siblings of Milton (1836-1867) and Thomas WAPLES (1829-?). I've found them on the 1860 Illinois census, indicating they were both born in Ohio.

Milton married Elizabeth THURMAN. Children were Edward Milton (b.1856) and Ella (b. 1859). Bother children born in Danville, Illinois. Thomas married Catherine ??? Children were Matthias (b. 1855) and Martha (b. 1856). On the 1860 Illinois census the two families were living next door to each other. Milton and Thomas listed as being cabinet makers.

I've hit a road block with these two families. Have not been able to find the parents or other siblings. Any help would be appreciated.
