Would like any information on my great-great- uncle THOMAS MICHAEL GOODWIN born @ 1829 Tn. married Mahala Dabbs and moved to Barry Co. Mo. @1878. I was told he died in Barton Co. My grandmother, Dollie DAVIS was born (2/19/1894) in Mendenmines, Barton County. Her parents, George R. and Sarah ROBERTS Davis had 12 children. This is as far as I have gotten with George DAVIS however Sarah's parents were Zackriah and Elizabeth Shepard ROBERTS and were married in 1840. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Cal DOCKERY was sheriff of Barton Co. for many years. His father was known as "Beech" DOCKERY, brother to Thomas Walter "Walt" DOCKERY.
Walt had 5 brothers: William L., John C., Charles M., Homer Guy, and Foster DOCKERY
What was "Beech's" real name? Any information greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the children of Henry EGGERS and his wife Mary Elizabeth Miller EGGERS. They lived in Barton Co. since 1871 I believe. Their son Andrew Jackson EGGERS was born there. and I need to find the rest of their children.
I have Arrilda Areena born in Fulton Co. IL and their son Matthew Henry born in Arkansas in 1868 and their son Andrew Jackson born in 1871. They both lived in Barton County and died there Henry EGGERS died in Verdella on 11-07-1886. Mary Elizabeth his wife died 09-27-1884 in Verdella, Barton Co. MO.
I would like to know where they are buried also. Thank you for posting this. Maybe it will help me to find the rest of my family lines.

I have a Smallwood DUETT other spelling found was Smallwood DEWITT. He died April 17, 1884 in Barton Co., near Milford and was suppose to be buried at Barton Co., In Lamar, MO. Have not been able to find his burial place.
His wife Frances Amanda "Fanny" DUETT d: March 6, 1891 believe her maiden name was FELAND. (Possible FILDDON, FILAND, FEELDEN ) Any how if you run across, that is if your in Barton Co., as I am not. would love to hear form anyone with information. Thank you for posting there sir names.

The names I'm researching from Barton Co. are HOOVER, FAST and WILLIAMS. I'm trying to find info on Ramie HOOVER whose parents were Samuel Franklin HOOVER and Mary Cunningham. Ramie's wife was Genievive FAST. One of their daughters (my Grandmother) was Naomi HOOVER. I have a little bit of info on this family but not alot. I would like any info that any one has. Thank you.

Looking for any info on the WALTHALL family. They were on the Barton Co. census for 1860 in Newton township, Horse Creek Township. they were listed under M. (Marcus) S. WALTHALL, 21, farmer along with his mother Elizabeth (her age looks like 42 but I think she was born about 1806 in North Carolina), borther Edward S., sister Jesabel and borther Florian A. (on the census as Flora, female). I don't know what happened to Marcus but I believe his mother died in Dade Co. and his sister Jesabel possibly died in Shelby Co. Does anyone have any info on this family? Thank you.

Searching for Timon HARBISON and Nancy ADISON. They are brother and sister. They are the children of Hiram HARBISON of Logan County Kentucky. Would like information on any of their children. Know Timon's children were Amanda, Molly, Mary, Hiram, James A., John H., Charles, William, George and Jerrymiah my ggrandfather. I know they lived near the the Doylsport township and Timon later moved to Stilwell, Kansas Audrey Township. He was killed in Kansas in about 1865.

Looking for information on gr-aunt, Ida HAWTHORN, who was either murdered or killed by accidental gunshot between 1920-1930 at her home near Lamar, Barton County, Missouri. She was born 1874 at Iantha, Barton County, Missouri, the youngest child of John Lawrence and Lizzie (Norton) (Binns) HAWTHORN. She married after 1900 to S. H. Jones. According to her mother's obituary in 1920, Ida and her husband lived at Lamar. Any leads on this family will be appreciated.

I'm trying to track down some MAXWELL's. There was a Joseph MAXWELL b. 5 Sep 1888 who died October 1968 last residence Mindenmines, Barton CT MO. I think he may have been the son of Joseph Weitz MAXWELL b. Oct 18 1851 Tuscarawas Ohio and Mary Stuart Denman (m. 1876). I was wondering if there is anyone with access to information which would indicate the names of his parents.
