He was convicted of killing Ann when she was 5 months pregnant. He and Dan McQuirk also convicted of "robbery under arms" and transported to VDL. 2
Henry married Ann McGuirk, daughter of Daniel McGuirk and Honora Francis, in 1833. (Ann McGuirk was born in 1822 in <New South Wales> 3 and died on 6 Feb 1845 in Tuglow River, New South Wales 4.) The cause of her death was Drowned by Henry.
Henry next married Mary Dillion. |
