bullet  General Notes:

Euphemia was from Scotland and was sentenced to 5 years transportation in Aberdeen Circuit Court 20 Apr 1804, as was her sister Ann. They arrived in Sydney on the"William Pitt' 11 April 1806. The ship left England Sep 1 1805 as part of a convoy to take troops to The Cape.and took 222 days to arrive It called at Madeira and San Salvador before disembarking troops at The Cape of Good Hope. Smallpox was on board but only 1 convict died.
Euphemia had 3 boys before she married Patrick, but this may have been because he didn't obtain his Conditional Pardon until 1815. By 1828, she was no longer living with Patrick. He was at Melville and she at Cumberland St Sydney. With her were James, Ellen and Frederick, probably the children of Morgan.
It seems that she was baptised in 1822 which may have been about the time that she left Hanrahan. She died in Sydney in 1850.
