Welker, age 32 was listed as a daughter of Byron Welker, age 67 in the 1920 Census of Hazel Dell, Cumberland County, Illinois.⁵ Love Yelton, age 42 was listed as a daughter of Byron Welker, age 77 in the 1930 Census of Cumberland County, Illinois.² Elsie Love Welker died in 1967.

     Della Yelton was born on 1 November 1909 in Illinois.^1,2 Della M. Yelton, age 5 months was listed as the granddaughter of Byron Welker, age 57 in the 1910 Census of Cumberland County, Illinois.¹ Della M. Yelton, age 9 was listed as the granddaughter of Byron Welker, age 67 in the 1920 Census of Hazel Dell, Cumberland County, Illinois.³ In the 1930 Census of Champaign County, Illinois, Della is listed as a domestic servant in the household of Glenn and Ethel Trees.⁴

Della Yelton married Robert Toppe after 1930.⁴ At the time of her death, Della Yelton resided at Sidney, Champaign County, Illinois.² She died on 13 January 1998.²
