He claimed exemption from the draft due to an injury to his testicles.² He was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska. The family included his wife, Mabel M. Parker, age 30.³ Yelton D. Parker, age 42 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The household also included his wife, Mabel M. Parker, age 40, his son, Richard A. Parker, age 8.⁴ Yelton Daughtery Parker died on 20 September 1940 in Nebraska.⁵

Parker, age 66 in the 1900 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.¹ In 1917 Robert Cornelius Parker was a boilermaker's helper at the Magnolia Petroleum Company.⁴ Robert registered for the World War I draft on 31 May 1917 in Beaumont, Texas.⁴

The family included his wife, Rose Parker, age 28.⁵ Robert C. Parker, age 36 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The household also included his wife, Rose E. Parker, age 38.⁶ Robert Cornelius Parker died on 31 March 1954 in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.² He was buried at Mountain View Cemetery, Mountain View, Howell County, Missouri.²

Other family members included his wife, Bernettia Brown, age 27, his sons, Fredrick Brown, age 8, Burr Brown, age 7 and Earl E. Brown, age 2. Bernetta has borne 4 children, 3 of whom are living.⁴ David M. Brown, age 46 was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Shannon County, Missouri. The household also included his wife, Bernetta Brown, age 37, his sons, Fred O. Brown, age 18, Burr Brown, age 17 and Robert E. Brown, age 12. Bernetta has borne 4 children, 3 of whom are living.⁵ David M. Brown, age 56 was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Shannon County, Missouri. The family included his wife, Bernetta M. Brown, age 46, his sons, Fred O. Brown, age 28 and R. Earl Brown, age 21. Fred is listed as married, but his wife isn't in the household.⁶ David survived the death of his wife, Bernetta Parker, on 16 May 1920.⁷ David Morgan Brown was listed as the father of Burr O. Brown, age 36 in the 1930 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.⁸ David Morgan Brown died on 8 December 1944 Missouri.² He was buried in Brown Cemetery, Shannon County, Missouri, on 12 December 1944.²

     Fredrick O. Brown was born on 30 December 1891 in Birchtree, Missouri.^1,2 He was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 37 in the 1900 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.¹ In 1910 Fredrick O. Brown was a public school teacher.³ He was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 46 in the 1910 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.³

Fredrick O. Brown married Kittie M. Wood on 28 June 1916 in Cedar Falls, Black Hawk County, Iowa.⁴ In 1917 Fredrick O. Brown was a baker, working for the firm of Wood & Brown. I believe the Wood in this case is Willis Wood, his father-in-law, who is identified as a baker in the 1920 Census.² Fredrick registered for the World War I draft on 5 June 1917 in Cedar Falls, Iowa. His draft registration states that he is married.² In 1920 Fredrick O. Brown was a railroad brakeman.⁵ He was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 56 in the 1920 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.⁵

     Burr Oscar Brown was born on 7 June 1893 in Birchtree, Shannon County, Missouri.^1,2 He was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 37 in the 1900 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.¹ Burr Brown, age 17 was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 46 in the 1910 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.³

Burr Oscar Brown married Ollie Mae Wofford circa 1912.^4,5 Burr registered for the World War I draft on 5 June 1917 in Shannon County, Missouri.² He was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Shannon County, Missouri. The family included his wife, Ollie M. Brown, age 25, his sons, David M. Brown, age 5 and Burr O. Brown, Jr., age 2 years and 4 months.⁴ Burr O. Brown, age 36 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of Shannon County, Missouri. The household also included his wife, Ollie Brown, age 35, his sons, David M. Brown, age 16, Oscar Brown, age 12 and Bobby Brown, age 8, his daughter, Hazel M. Brown, age 10, his father, David Morgan Brown. Also living in the household is Malissa Wofford, Ollie's widowed mother.⁵ Burr Oscar Brown died on 25 December 1968.^6,7 He was buried at Brown-Depriest Cemetery, Shannon County, Missouri.⁷

Brown, age 37 in the 1900 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.¹ Robert E. Brown, age 12 was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 46 in the 1910 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.⁴ He was a veteran of World War I.³ R. Earl Brown, age 21 was listed as a son of David M. Brown, age 56 in the 1920 Census of Shannon County, Missouri.⁵ In 1944 Robert Earl Brown lived in Van Buren, Missouri.⁶ Robert Earl Brown was a druggist.³ He never married.³ He died on 4 May 1948 at Brandon Hospital, Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri.² He was buried in Brown-Depriest Cemetery, Shannon County, Missouri, on 6 May 1948.^2,3

     Mabel Mary Parker was born on 24 January 1890 in Kansas the daughter of Sylvester Cary and Mary Quiett.^1,2

Mabel Mary Cary married Yelton Daughtery Parker, son of Robert Benjamin Parker and Mary Louisa Yelton, circa 1914.^1,3 Mabel M. Parker, age 30 was listed as the wife of Yelton D. Parker, age 32 in the 1920 Census of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska.¹ Mabel M. Parker, age 40 was listed as the wife of Yelton D. Parker, age 42 in the 1930 Census of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.³ Mabel Mary Cary died on 29 December 1958 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.² She was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, San Antonio, Texas, on 31 December 1958.²

     Richard A. Parker, age 8 was listed as a son of Yelton D. Parker, age 42 in the 1930 Census of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.¹

     William Ellsworth Yelton was born on 21 April 1907 in Missouri.^2,3 He was listed as a son of Will Yelton, age 37 in the 1910 Census of Vernon County, Missouri.⁴ Ellsworth Yelton, age 13 was listed as a son of William Yelton, age 46 in the 1920 Census of Maricopa County, Arizona.¹

William Ellsworth Yelton married Kathryn Kenson circa 1927.⁵ William E. Yelton, age 23 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of Maricopa County, Arizona. The household also included his wife, Kathryn Yelton, age 20, his son, Richard E. Yelton, age 2, his daughter, Betty Jean Yelton, age 0 months. William and his family are living in his mother-in-law's household.⁵ At the time of his death, William Ellsworth Yelton resided at in Tucson, Arizona.³ He died in March 1976.³
