Minnie Yelton married Walter Andrew Neu Sr. circa 1915.^6,7 Minnie New, age 24 was listed as a daughter of Sarah Yelton, age 58 in the 1920 Census of Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky.⁸ Minnie Neu, age 34 was listed as the wife of Walter A. Neu, age 38 in the 1930 Census of Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky.⁷ Minnie Yelton died on 17 November 1974 in Kenton County, Kentucky.^4,9

     Virginia N. Yelton was born on 29 March 1920 in Kentucky.^1,3 Virginia N. Yelton, age 10 was listed as a daughter of Henry C. Yelton, age 39 in the 1930 Census of Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky.¹

Virginia N. Yelton married Morton Chapman.⁴ In 1946 Virginia N. Yelton and Morton Chapman were Morton and Virginia Chapman opened the Anchor Grill at 438 Pike Street in Covington, a diner open 24 hours a day. Morton was known as "Captain" because he always wore a captain's hat. A sign in the window read "We may doze, but never close." Other family members who worked in the Grill included Virginia's sister, Dorothy (Yelton) Unkraut, and Dorothy's son, Ken.^5,6 For many years, she was the chairwoman of the Covington Board of Education.⁷ Virginia N. Yelton died on 2 August 1996 in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky.^7,8

The household also included his wife, Minnie Neu, age 34, his son, Walter A. Neu, Jr., age 6, his daughters, Constance E. Neu, age 3 years and 2 months and Helen L. Neu, age 1 year and 10 months.³ In 1930 Walter Andrew Neu Sr. was a railroad foreman.³ He died on 29 October 1980 in Veterans' Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.^4,5

Edith (?) married Frank H. Yelton, son of John William Yelton and Cordelia Jane Clemmons, circa 1904.¹ Edith Yelton, age 29 was listed as the wife of Frank Yelton, age 36 in the 1910 Census of Kansas City, Jackson County, Kansas.¹

     Marcus Edward Yelton was born on 12 January 1879 in Kentucky.^2,3 Marcus Yelton, age 2, was listed as the son of Chas. T. Yelten, age 27, in the 1880 Census of Pendleton County, Kentucky.⁴ Marcus C. Yelton, age 21 was listed as a son of Misoura F. Yelton, age 49 in the 1900 Census of Audrain County, Missouri.²

Marcus Edward Yelton married Vian Chain Cole circa 1904.^1,5 Mark M. Yelton, age 30 was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Mayes County, Oklahoma. The household also included his wife, Vion Yelton, age 24, his sons, Madiline Yelton, age 4 and Berdetiol Yelton, age 2. Viann has borne 3 children, 2 of whom are living. Madeline is listed as a boy in this census.⁵ Marcus registered for the World War I draft on 12 September 1918 in Mayes County, Oklahoma. No occupation or employer is shown.³ He was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Mayes County, Oklahoma. The family included his wife, Vian Yelton, age 34, his son, Burdette Yelton, age 11, his daughters, Madoline Yelton, age 14 and Gerldeen Yelton, age 5. The census lists the race of Vian and her children as Indian; Mark is listed as white.⁶ Marcus Edward Yelton died on 3 October 1957. He was buried at the Cole Cemetery, Pryor, Oklahoma.¹

     Nanny Belle Yelton was born on 29 December 1884 in Benton City, Audrain County, Missouri, shortly after her father's death. Both the Donald Yelton Correspondence and the 1900 Census state that Nanny was born in Dec, 1885. However, the census also states that she was 15 years old. If the Dec 1885 birthdate is correct, then she would have been 14, not 15, when the census was taken in June, 1900. Given that her father died in 1884, and pending additional research, I believe 1884 is somewhat more likely.^1,2 Nannie B. Yelton, age 15 was listed as a daughter of Misoura F. Yelton, age 49 in the 1900 Census of Audrain County, Missouri.²

Nanny Belle Yelton married John Wesley Keith on 5 April 1903.³ Nanny Belle Yelton died in 1971.¹ She was buried Wellsville, Missouri.¹

     Julius Elmer Yelton was born on 27 January 1883 in Benton City, Audrain County, Missouri.^3,1,4,2 He was listed as a son of Misoura F. Yelton, age 49 in the 1900 Census of Audrain County, Missouri.³

Julius Elmer Yelton married Rhoda Belle Cole on 28 October 1906 at New Hope Chapel, Indian Territory. Julius E. Yelton, age 27 was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Creek County, Oklahoma. The household also included his wife, Rody Yelton, age 21, his daughters, Ethelee Yelton, age 2 and Alta M. Yelton, age 9 months. Rhoda has borne two children, both of whom are living. Julius and his family are living with Rhoda's mother, Elmira Cole, and two of her younger children.⁵ Julius registered for the World War I draft on 12 September 1918 in Pawnee County, Oklahoma.⁴ He was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Pawnee County, Oklahoma. The family included his wife, Rhoda Yelton, age 31, his son, Lester Yelton, age 7, his daughters, Ethell Yelton, age 12, Alta Yelton, age 9 and Francis Yelton, age 5.⁶ Julius Yelton, age 47 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of Wellsville, Montgomery County, Missouri. The household also included his wife, Rhoda Yelton, age 41, his sons, Lester Yelton, age 17, Glennie Yelton, age 9, Donald Yelton, age 5 and Earl Yelton, age 3, his daughters, Ethel Yelton, age 22, Alta Yelton, age 20 and Frances Yelton, age 15.⁷ Julius Elmer Yelton died on 10 February 1955 at Wellsville, Montgomery County, Missouri.² He was buried at Wellsville Cemetery, Wellsville, Montgomery County, Missouri, on 13 February 1955.^1,2
