To All Persons Interested in Said Estate

Notice is hereby given that Saturday, the 6th day of April, 1907 at 10 oclock a.m. of said day, at the Court Room of said Court, in the County of Uinta, has been appointed as the time and place for proving the will of said Michael Delaney deceased, and for hearing the application of Ann Delaney for the issuance to her of Letters Testamentary when and where any person interested may appear and contest the same.

            IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN

            AND FOR SAID COUNTY IN PROBATE

In the matter of the Estate of

            John McNish

                        Deceased,

TO ALL CREDITORS AND OTHERS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE NAMED ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that the undersigned Administrator of the above named estate, intends to make final settlement of said estate at the next term of the district court sitting within and for Uinta county, in the state of Wyoming and beginning on the 1st day of April A. D. 1907.

Notice is hereby given that letters of administration were on the 7th day of December, A. D., 1918 granted to George Ewer Jr in this above estate, and all persons having claims against the said estate are hereby required to exhibit them with the necessary vouchers for allowance, to the undersigned, at Evanston, Uinta, county, Wyoming within six months after the date of said letters, or they may be precluded from any benefit from such estate, and if such claims be not exhibited within one year from the date of said letters, they will be forever barred.

D. 1918, granted to Charles Faulkner Jr. and William Faulkner, in the above estate, and all persons having legal claims against the said estate are hereby required to exhibit them, with the necessary vouchers fot allowance, to the undersigned at Evanston, Wyoming, within six months after the date of said letters or they may be precluded from any benefit from such estate, and if such claims be not exhibited within one year from date of said letters they will be forever barred.
