Fink, & Thomas Cadle be appointed Commissioners to view a road from
William Fink to Jordan McKinney's Mill. Ordered that David Morgan, Anthony Morgan, Squire Toler, Jesse
Blankinship, & John Johnson be appointed to view a road from Levi Gore's to
the top of Elk Mountain. AUGUST Commonwealth vs. George Johnston and Polly Willis.
Indictment for Lewdly & Lasciviously Cohabiting Together. This
day came the defendants and plead not guilty in manner and form as the
Commonwealth in its indictment against them that alleges. Ordered that Isaac Roberts, Marshall Roberts, Bird Lockhart, John
Cline, & William Riffe be appointed to review a proposed road from the Mouth
of Little War to intersect the Little Huff's Creek Road. NOVEMBER |
