in battle at the battle of Rocky Gap, called by the Confederates Dry Creek,
in 1863. James GREEN died on his way home after his discharge in Upshur
County. Abner COGAR died in a hospital tent at Winchester. Isaac H. GRIFFIN
was wounded at Steven's Depot & W.G. HAMRICK received a slight wound
at Winchester. Addison McFISHER received a severe wound at Snicker's Gap.
