The last day she saw Andrew, she told him “You’re my favorite” and they enjoyed playing at the City Park that final day in Buckhannon.
Andrew attended Union Elementary School, where Mrs. Phillips told him that he gave her “the best hugs ever.” He was a member of Buckhannon-Upshur High School band trombone section.
