Searching for info on my great grandfather James Riddle. James married Barbara Pauley, daughter of Albert and Julia Pauley. James and Barbara resided in Lincoln Co, WV after their marriage. From other computer records I have learned that a Mack Adkins lives in Pineville. What I would like to know is , Is this Mack Adkins a man perhaps in his late 60's or early 70's. He would have worked at the Ford Motor Company in or near Detroit Michigan in 1950's and would have a son 45 years old. If this Mack Adkins is the correct one, would he or a family member please contact me. It is very important. I can not stress how important this is. Life or death important. If this is not the one I am looking for please let me know as well.

I am trying to find the names and marriage info for the two marriages of Joel Cartwright b. 1782 in NJ. His parents were Caleb and Mary [Pettit?] Cartwright. Joel married Anna Greenlee first. I have seen 1810 listed as both the birth and marriage year in different sources. I have also seen 1827 as the marriage yr. He is supposed to have moved to Thirteen Mile Creek after his first marriage. I have a marriage record for a Rosan Grey and Joel in 1829 in Mason Co. There is quite a bit of conflict in different sources.. The children of Joel are listed as Jesse, Isaac, Jane and William. He died in 1859 in Thirteen Mile Creek. Death record is listed in Putnam Co. On the 1870 census, Mason County I find Mary age 47 with her husband William Bush, age 48 and the same children. I am looking for information on William and Mary. Did he die between 1870-80? I'm looking for David Creamer born 11 Nov. 1816. He married a Martha A. ? about 1849-1850. Martha was born about 1833. They are on 1850 census for Putnam Co. I'm trying to find the death dates for James Allen Phillips Sr. and his wife Mary Frances Mcgrew (Phillips). James Sr. was born about 1833. Mary was born about 1850. Also any information on James son James Allen Phillips Jr. who was born about 1860 to a previous wife who is unknown. He died young. James Sr. died first sometime between 1900 and 1907. Mary died not to long after. James Jr. died sometime between 1880 and 1900. Please help. James Sr and Jr. were born in Kanawha Co. VA. Mary was born in Putnam Co. VA.
