Taken from pages 112-113 Sissonville A Time To Rememeber JAmes Andrew Pritt married Esther Terry. The came to the Sissonville area in the 1850's after their children were born. The moved to Grapevine. After two years, they settled on Derrick's Creek. Their children: James Madison b. Oct. 22, 1836 married Nancy K. Wilkinson. Their family: Nancy Farzina b. July 2, 1876 married Oscar Witt; James Franklin b. Nov. 21, 1877 married Minnie Belle Fisher on Nov.14, 1895 first Sallie Thomas on Oct. 14, 1911 second. James died Niv. 29, 1958. James and Minnie's children; Cecil born March 7, 1897, married Goldie Beane on Nov. 18,1916. Cecil died 1977; Orpha b. Oct. 23, 1903 married Susan Donahue Dec. 23, 1924. Orpha died Feb 7, 1963. and Nancy evaline b. March 13, 1908 married Lovell Koontz. James and Sallie children; Nova born Dec. 3, 1915 married Odar Duff; Mable born Nov 11, 1912 marroed Ervin Ball; Thelma b. May 25, 1914. James Madison and Nancy's third child; Rosana Farabell b. Nov. 29, 1879 married Frank Young. Fourth child, John Madison b. Dec. 24, 1882 married Effie Carney. Fifth child Mary Almeda b. Oct. 12, 1883 married Mr. Ericson. James Andrew and Esther Terry's second child; samuel; third, AMamnda; fourth, Thomas; fifth, John H Lewis b. 2-14-1853 married 1-13- 1869 to Mary Emma Samuels. Their children; J. William was appointed Post MAster at Derrick's Creek APRIL 8, 1907; Henrietta married Robert Stanton Pritt, resides on Derick's Creek. Their family Geroge Elliot married Lessie A Carpenter; Thomas Floyd, married Roxie Witt. Their children Herman D. b. 9-17-1902 married Della Asbury first, Vada Lynch second. Herman died 8-20-1976. Fletcher married Ella Bailey; Att L. b. 10-5-1908 married Opal D. Rollins; Roy Emmitt O "Doc" ; Ray F. b. 11-8-1920 married Charlotte Haynes first, Geraldine Pauley second; Coride married Densil Ford; Hilda married Alton Phillips; and Clarrie married Ewiell Hamilton. Sixth child Ellen married Charles Moss; Seventh child Adrew S. was a school trustee of Poca District for 12 years, b 7-13-1852 married Sidney A. Tolley 9-30-1877 daughter of ALfred and Letha Williams Tolley. Their children; Ida, Milton, married APlha Asbury, Edna married Edward Bailey, Ezra, Dessie, Rosa, and Birdie. Eighth child Harvey married Alva Fisher. Ninth child William and thenth child Margaret. Julia Ann married Frank Miller; Edward G. married Ora Witt and resided on Derrick's Creek; J. Madison; Lizzie Jane married Vollie Older and resided on Kelleys Creek; Elban C. b 1-9-1888 married Myrtle Boggess. Elban died 12-1964. D. Bert b. 9-14-1890 married Chlora Jones. d. Bert died 11-14-1964; Ethel.
