WILL OF FRANCES J ROSLER

I Frances J. Rosler, of the City of Charleston, County of Kanawha and State of West Virginia being in feeble health but of disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made.

I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband John H. Rosler, absolutely all my estate both real and personal, in whatever it may consist or wherever situated, which I may own at the time of my decease.

Witness my signature and seal this 27th day of Oct 1878.

Signed by the said testatrix Frances J. Rosler a and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

At a Circuit Court held for Kanawha County at the Court House thereof on the 20th day of December, 1878.

The last Will and Testament of Frances J. Rosler decd, was this day presented and proved by the oaths of Virgil A. gates and J. J. Comstock subscribing witnesses thereto and is thereupon ordered to be recorded.
