The undersigned appointed by the County Court of Kanawha at the December Term for the purpose having been duly sworn, proceeded to appraise in current money the personal property of the late William Lewis of which the following is a correct list:

In pursuance to an Order of the County Court of Kanawha made at the December Term thereof the undersigned have allotted to Mrs. Jane Lewis (widow of William Lewis) as her dower the following Negroes:
