WILL OF LYDIA JONES

In the name of God Amen

I Lydia Jones of the County of Kanawha and State of Virginia being of sound disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament.

After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses my will and desire is, that all my estate be disposed of by my executor in such a manner as he may think will enable him to obtain for the largest amount of money, which, together with debts due me and any money in my possession at the time of my death be equally divided amongst my four brothers via John Jones, David Jones, Thomas Jones, and Lewis Jones. I do hereby appoint my friend Felix G Hansford the executor of this my last will and testament as witness my hand and seal this second day of July 1835.
