On January 31, 1876, Perry A. Rohrbaugh and Susan L. Abright, daughter of Samuel and Anna (Jackson) Abright, who were living in Preston County, West Virginia,
when Susan was born. By 1884, they had moved to Michigan City, Indiana. On December 29, 1876, Susan Rohrbaugh passed away.
Perry Rohrbaugh was an attorney and prosecuting attorney in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia.

Perry A. ROHRBAUGH, son of John H. and Nancy A.B. (White) Rohrbaugh, was born in Lewis County, West Virginia, and moved to Berkeley County in 1881
after living in Taylor County for 25 years. His father was deceased by 1884 and his mother moved from Lewis to Taylor and then to Berkeley County in 1881 to live with her son.
