Sarah E. Beard, March 3, 1863-?; Jacob H. Beard, March 6, 1866-?.
William Beard and family lived in the Falling Waters District and received their mail at the Bedington post office, Berkeley County, West Virginia.

William Shuart BEARD, the son of James Carl and Elizabeth (Shuart) Beard, was born in Berkeley County, West Virginia, August 21, 1819.
His parents moved to the county the year before his birth, in 1818.
