Located Section 26, Township of Plainfield, on 5th Avenue, south of Highway 73 and West of Plainfield. There is a fence around the cemetery and a wreath on the fence. (More contributions from Connie and Margaret)

Lieutenant Brown C. Hugoboom -- died at Louisville, KY., August 3, 1865, aged 27 years, 11 months and 24 days. Member of Co. G 30th Regt. Wis Vol.
Fredie A. Miltimore - infant son of A.S. & H. Miltimore - died Jan. 1, 1888, aged 1 year and (?) months.
Brown G. Miltimore - son of A.S. & H. Miltimore - died April 19, 1887, aged 2 years, 3 months and 27 days.
Bertha --daughter of A.S. & H. Miltimore - died Dec. 19, 1882, aged 13 days.
