Three Lakes Genealogical Society Meeting Minutes
September 26, 2016

Members Present: ?Les Anderson, Robert and Nancy Bailey, Maureen Brand, Nancy Brewster, Marie Byatt, Robert Killick, Donna Mather, Joyce Mogytych, and ?Charlene Roberts

Guest Present: John Roberts

The meeting was called to order by Vice-President Nancy Brewster at 1:05 p.m.

The minutes were approved as corrected.

Treasurer Robert Bailey presented the TreasurerŐs Report. The report was filed.
The Treasurer reminded members that dues are now due. Please bring them to the October meeting or mail them to TLGS, PO 101, Three Lakes, WI 54562.

Old Business: 
     The bylaws were reviewed again and accepted,
     The election of new officers (President and Secretary) will be at the October meeting. As yet, TLGS does not have anyone to fill those positions.
     There was a discussion as to what to do if we donŐt have a full slate of ?officers. 
     Nominations from the floor will be accepted at the October ?meeting.

New Business:
     Members were asked to topics for programs. Webinars are a possibility.
     The Three Lakes Historical Society has asked if TLGS will prepare more family boards for their facility.
     Brick Walls/Successes were discussed.

The next meeting will be on October 24, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Demmer Memorial Library in Three Lakes. The program will be learning to use the new Microfilm Reader-Scan Pro 3000.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:25 p.m. The program, presented by Marie Byatt, was a continuation of how to design/build your family genealogy website.
