Peterson.  I'd like to know her maiden name.  I have a copy of Med Rotter I Telemark by Kristine Marie Halls Reid (privately published in 1986) which gives the ancestry of the families of Andrea and John Peterson.  I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact the author about purchasing more copies or the right to photocopy parts of the research.  Does anyone know how to contact her?
