BOB LEWIS

2 Oct 1924 - 11 Feb 2010

PGS Charter Member and Previous PGS President and Vice President

13 Feb 2010

Peninsula Genealogical Society (PGS) which was organized in 1987: PGS Member Bob LEWIS and wife Daisy (ANDERSON) LEWIS were early members of the group, researching their family histories, gathering information and making it available for their families for many years.  Bob was PGS President for quite a few years, before that was PGS Vice-President.  He sponsored our meeting place at the VFW for a couple of years and the LEWISES had the PGS June Picnic at their home in the past.

Striving to find the LEWIS Family early in Philadelphia, PA was always the source of Bob's genealogical passion. The last few years their health took a turn for the worse and they were unable to attend the PGS Meetings.
