Niagara is located on the Wisconsin and Michigan border near Iron Mountain, MI. Neighboring towns are Pembine, Quinnesec, Michigan, Iron Mountain, Michigan. The Niagara Area Historical Society has collections of artifacts that are displayed at the Niagara Historical Museum. There are also displays of historic pictures of the lives and industry of Niagara. Niagara is located on the Menominee River near a natural water falls. This water power along the Menominee River was used to power an early Papermill in 1888 and was used for logs that were delivered to saw mills near the mouth of the Menominee River.
