New Business
There are no volunteers for treats for the April 2009 meeting.
Some ideas discussed for future programs were: DNA testing, Tour to Murphy Library, and speakers from Richland County or Monroe County.

Program
Genealogy Websites was the subject of the presentation by Terry Micks, who stressed that we must remember to look for valid documentation because much of what we find on websites is NOT valid documentation. She showed us "must have" websites, and there were many others. There is a very interesting search on books on the Google website, and much more for us to explore. Roxanne showed us the Footnote website where we can upload our own collections, along with exploring an eclectic mix of information, including the complete 1860 census. Thank you, Terry, Roxanne and everyone else who contributed to this good program.

Adjournment
The business portion of the meeting adjourned at 8:51pm. Treats were served between the program and the business meeting. Thank you, Cindy!

Respectfully submitted,
Joyce Krueger, Secretary
