We are in receipt of a jar of butter from J. G. WIGHTMAN, proprietor of the
new creamery at Elroy. Creamery butter sells in Chicago for two to
four cents a pound more than dairy butter. That made at Elroy is of
excellent quality, good color and flavor, and must command a good price.
Arrangements have been made with D. C. Remington & Son to sell
the Elroy butter in this village. The Mauston Star, 22

J. G. WIGHTMAN has hired a lady to occupy the position of cashier in his

John is bound to make it as easy for his clerks as possible, and will
do business if any one in the country can. Elroy Tribune, 21
