Dwight is age 56 and his PO address is Elroy, Wiand his occupation is a farmer, when I work. Dwight lives on a farm but is a pensioner at the rate of $12.00 per month under the act of June 27, 1890. I am the identical Dwight Utter who claims pension under the general law of 1862, on account of injury to back and hear disease and rheumatism recieved during my militarty service., and when served in Co B W. Wisconsin infantry, Artiller from my enlistment September 4, 1863 until my discharge in October 1865 although my muster out was dated August 30, 1965. I do not claim pension for any other disability. I do not know that I had any other disabiltiy in the US service. I served as a private through out my entire service and never had any other service, naval or military.    I enlisted in Milwaukee, WI September 4, 1863. Before my service time I was emplyed as a farm laborer from the age of 8 until 15 years when I enlistd. Zenner told authorities that he did not see the man until it was too late to avoid hitting him.  He sustained some skin abrasions on the head, left leg and left arm. They appeared to be of minor nature and the attending Dr. was of the opinion that the man died of a heart attack that could have been precipitated by the shock and excitement of the mishap.
