In virture of and pursuant to a judgement of foreclosure and sale rendered in the above entire action and dated October 25, 1869, I shall expose of sale and sell at public auction, at the front door of the court house in the village of Mauston on

Friday, January 7, 1870,

at the hour of  ten o'clock A.M., of that day, following described mortgaged premises, or so thereof as may be sufficient to raise the amount due to the plaintiff for principal, interest and c--- together with expenses and costs of sale, to with.

The north-west quarter of the south-west quarter of section number seventeen (17), in township number fifteen (15), north of range number three (3) east.
