The following cases have been disposes of up to the time of going to
press:
State of Wisconsin vs. John BURBATT, violation of liquor laws. Found
guilty adn fined $100 and costs.
State of Wisconsin vs. Charles JOHNSON, continued.
State of Wisconsin vs. Henry HAGEMANN, continued.
State of Wisconsin vs. R. E. PAGEL, violation of marketing laws. Found guilty. FIned $10 and costs.
State of Wisconsin vs. Frank KENENDY, non-support. Found guilty and sentenced to two years in prison but paroled to state board of control.
State of Wisconsin vs.Sam VOVERS, assault and battery. Plead guilty. Sentenced to ten days in jail.
State of Wisconsin vs.Iva EMERSON, charged with slander. Found guilty.
