The fifty-third annual meeting of the County Board of Supervisors of Juneau County, Wisconsin, was called to order by J. W. Wightman, Chairman at the Court House, in this city, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock.

County Clerk Phillips called the roll of members as certified to him by the several town clerks and the following were given seats:

On motion J. W. Wightman, of Elroy, was unanimously elected chairman and upon taking his seat made a short address in which he thanked the members for the honor bestowed upon him.

On recommendation of County Clerk Phillips, Albert Heineman was appointed Assistant Clerk and August Paulus, Messenger.
