The Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter - Dec 27, 1881 Mary Roach, daughter of Thomas Roach, who has for a long time suffered from consumption, died on Sunday morning, at the home of her father, on Johnson street, aged 17 years. The funeral took place this morning at 10 o'clock from St. Joseph's church. 

Fond du Lac Daily Commonwealth Dec 27, 1881 On Saturday last the gravel road company had its annual election of officers, and unanimously resolved upon the re-election of the old board, not a dissenting voice being heard. The names of the directors are; C.A. Galloway, S.B. Amory, Robt. Conklin, A.T. Germond, Jas. T. McNeel, Jas. Sylvester. The re-election of the old board of directors insures the construction, the present year, of some of the best roads ever built in this section of the country. The work done by the company during the year past was most excellent, and is only a beginning of what is to come. 

Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter Fri Jun 1, 1956 Mrs. Herman Lederer - Mrs. Herman Lederer, 73, of Milwaukee, the former Minnie Petri, a native of the town of Forest, died Wednesday at Milwaukee. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the August J. Abe Funeral home, 3621 West Villard avenue, in that city. Surviving are two sons, August, Milwaukee, and Edward, Cudahy, and a sister, Mrs. Albert Ihrke, Oshkosh.
