The following account records, show the organization and regulations enacted in the formation of St. Matthew Catholic Cemetery in New Cassel (now Campbellsport) Wisconsin



New Cassel Wis. May 25th 1867
Rules and Regulations to observed with regard to the Catholic burying ground.
The ground is laid out into family plots

1st - Each & every (^Catholic) family belonging to this congregation can have a lot by paying five dollars.
2nd - Those belonging to the congregation and not buying a lot now  hereafter if they want one they will pay ten dollars
3rd - if any Catholic family who may come to live here hereafter will have a lot for five dollars
4th - Any Catholic family -- poor is not able to buy a lot can have one free gratis
5th - No man have right to sell his lot to another
6th - each single grave will cost five dollars
7th - Every man will be called a family who is married
8th - Each & every lot will be registered in the book
