CHARLES LOUGHREY, merchant, was born at Louisville, N. Y., in 1830, at which place he resided until 1849. when he came to Mackinaw, Mich.; removed to Menominee in 1850, afterward to Quinnesec, and thence to Florence, where he is now engaged in general merchandise. Mr. Loughrey became associated in business with I. D. Smith in 1867; the firm owns a large store at Marinette, Wis., and at Florence.
